There is bridging, smoothly marginated, pneumatic new bone spanning the sites of the previously identified ilial and ischial fractures within the recheck interim with no fracture margins identified; there remains smoothlymarginated, hyperattenuating new bone along the cranial margins of the acetabulum. The fracture margins are rounded with ill-defined hazy osseous remodeling present. There remains mild ventral displacement of the right hemipelvis. The structures of the left pelvis and coxofemoral joint remain normal in appearance. The osseous structures of the pelvic limbs remain unremarkable. The pelvic limbs are symmetrically muscled. The spleen is similarly prominent. Adjacent to the spleen, there is an ovoid soft tissue structure similar in size and shape to the spleen. The wall of the ventriculus is relatively static in thickness. The remainder of the coelom is unremarkable. The thoracic girdle, bilateral shoulder joints, and visualized portions of the right humerus are unremarkable. The previously identified, small broad-based increased region of attenuation within the medullary cavity of the left distal humerus is no longer identified. The head, neck and wings are unremarkable. Conclusions: 1) Healed right-sided pelvic fractures. 2) Static splenomegaly. Given the lack of change within the recheck interim, normal patient variation is prioritized, with additional etiologies (splenitis (viral, fungal), neoplastic infiltration (lymphoma), congestion) considered less likely but not excluded. The ovoid soft tissue structure adjacent to the spleen may represent a splenunculus or enlarged lymph node. 3) Similar, subjective thickening of the ventricular wall.
